Elevate Your Pitch

We typically work on an Elevator Pitch PR campaign for between two (2) and seven (7) hours.

This allows us to come up with one (1) pitch email idea, which we distribute to between 1,000 to 2,000 journalists across a handful of niches (i.e. general news journalists, architectural journalists, journalists based in Chicago/New York City/etc.)

Naturally, the more time we spend coming up with ideas for pitch emails and contacting journalists, the greater the odds of attracting the interest of journalists.

If you’d like us to spend more than 2 to 7 hours pitching your business to journalists, here is the cost breakdown of how that would work:

  1. What’s Included in the Standard Elevator Pitch PR Campaign ($500 + $500-$2,500 Peformance Bonus) = 2 to 7 Hours of Work

  2. To Receive an Additional 5 hours of Pitch Writing and Media List Building = $500 surcharge

Practically speaking, here’s how it would play out if you paid for additional pitch writing and media list building:

If you purchase an Elevator Pitch PR campaign for $500 (plus potentially a placement bonus between $500 and $2,500) and pay $500 for an additional 5 hours of Pitch Writing and Media List Building, we will work on your campaign for between 7 hours and 12 hours (instead of the default 2 to 7 hours).

On the other hand, if instead of paying $500 for 5 additional hours of work, you pay $1,000 for 10 additional hours of Pitch Writing and Media List Building, we will work on your campaign for between 12 hours and 17 hours (instead of the default 2 to 5 hours).

Your total campaign cost - including any placement bonuses - will still be capped at $3,000, up until the 27 to 32 hour billing threshold, at which point our labor cost will exceed $3,000.
