It will take us approximately 1 to 2 months to pitch all journalists
$150 add-on fee for 1-month of LinkedIn outreach (400 to 900 journalists contacted per month. LinkedIn Premium recommended for optimal benefit)
$100 add-on fee to setup Qwoted or Connectively account for inbound quote requests; $200 for both. ($150/month Qwoted premium plan recommended for optimal benefit and/or $20/month Connectively premium plan).
Or, instead of paying us for distribution, you can rent our distribution software for $10/month (You’ll be responsible for the technical setup though)
AI Pitching Add-On

We will interview you for ~1 hour, then use Claude AI to write your PR pitch email, which we will edit slightly. You will also be able to edit the pitch before it gets sent out
We can distribute the pitch for you (if you purchase the Distribution Add-On) or you can distribute it yourself

The Fine Print
Here’s what to expect after hiring us for PR (not all bullet points apply to Do It Yourself PR packages)
The Do-It-Yourself Distribution packages above do not include interview coordination. Instead, anytime a journalist replies to a PR pitch email that we distribute on your behalf, the response will be automatically forwarded to your email inbox. You will then be responsible for replying to the journalist to setup an interview. If you’d like us to coordinate interview times, zoom call setup, and sending out calendar invites, we will charge you $150/hour.
All campaigns take about 2 months from start of engagement until the final pitch is emailed to a journalist. If you’d like us to send out PR pitch emails up to faster, there is a $50/hour surcharge.
Receive a 5% discount if you sign up for 2 to 3 campaigns in a 6 month period. Get a 10% discount if you sign up for 4 or more campaigns in a 12 month period.
It can take 1 week to many months for an article, TV segment, or podcast interview to be released.
It’s possible you will get NO media placements from our campaigns. It’s also possible a journalist will write or report a NEGATIVE aspect of your business, organization, or cause.
We reserve the right to publicize the results of your PR campaign to promote The Media Whisperer. If you’d like us to refrain from promotion, there is a $1,000 Non-Disclosure Fee.
